Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- To initiate a return, contact us at support@loriiniskincare.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds:
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us at support@loriiniskincare.com within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
