Thank you for choosing Loriini Skincare! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • To initiate a return, contact us at support@loriiniskincare.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us at support@loriiniskincare.com within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
