Returns:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, contact us at support@loriiniskincare.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds:

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us at support@loriiniskincare.com within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
